See how a journey is doing
Where to find delivery by step for a journey, what each figure means, and what the Journey Reports page shows.
Updated 2026-11-02
Open a journey's row on the Ad Journeys page to see its delivery step by step.
Steps
- Open Ad Journeys.
- Select the journey's name. The row expands.
- Read Step CPM Breakdown, the summary cards and Step-by-Step Funnel.
What the figures mean
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Users Entered | Subscribers who have seen at least one step |
| Impressions, Clicks | Totals across all steps |
| Total Spend | What the journey has cost so far |
| CTR | Clicks as a share of impressions, for that step |
| % reached this step | The step's impressions as a share of step 1's impressions |
The funnel fills once the journey has delivered. Until then it says No delivery data yet.
Journey Reports
Journey Reports is built around graph journeys. It has Funnel, Node Performance and Conversions tabs.
For a journey built with Linear Steps, Journey Reports shows zeros and "0 ad nodes". This doesn't mean nothing delivered. Use the row on Ad Journeys for these journeys.
If something goes wrong
- Step 2 has far fewer impressions than step 1. This is normal early on. Subscribers reach step 2 only on an open after the wait.
- "no reach yet" on a later step. No subscriber has reached that step yet.
- Nothing delivered. Check that the journey is ACTIVE, inside its dates, and that its creatives are approved banner creatives.
