No monthly subscription and no seat fees. Direct-sold impressions carry no revenue share; MailAdx-supplied demand carries 10–15%.

How is an impression counted?

An impression is counted when a subscriber opens your email and the ad actually loads in their email client. We use open-time ad serving — if no one opens, no impression fires and no credit is deducted. You never pay for unopened sends.

What are typical CPM rates for publishers?

Accepted Answer

Publisher eCPM depends on your niche, audience quality and demand mix. Typical ranges: $2–$4 eCPM for general-interest newsletters, $4–$8 for B2B or high-intent verticals (finance, SaaS, developer audiences). Direct-Sold deals typically command $5–$15+ CPM when negotiated directly with advertisers.

What does $100 in credits actually buy?

At the standard rate, $100 covers approximately 200,000–330,000 impressions on the publisher side (at $0.30–$0.50 serving fee per 1,000). For advertisers, $100 buys roughly 12,500–33,000 ad impressions at $3–$8 CPM depending on targeting. Credits are never wasted on sends that nobody opens.

Is there a revenue share on my ad earnings?

No. MailAdx is credit-based, not commission-based. Publishers pay a per-impression serving fee. There is no percentage taken from your ad revenue. What your advertisers pay you is yours.

What is the minimum top-up amount?

Accepted Answer

The minimum top-up is $100. Credits are pre-purchased and consumed as impressions are delivered. Volume discounts apply at $500, $2,000 and $10,000+ tiers — bonus credits added to your balance.

Do I need a minimum subscriber count to sign up?

No hard minimum. Publishers with 5,000+ subscribers typically see the strongest results, but the platform is open to any newsletter that passes our quality review.

What GST / tax applies?

Accepted Answer

An 18% GST applies to credit top-ups for accounts billed in India. International accounts are not subject to GST. Tax invoices are generated automatically for each top-up.
