Add an email hash contact attribute in Brevo
In Brevo, go to Contacts → Attributes and create a new text attribute (e.g., EMAIL_SHA256). Populate it via Brevo's API or import for all contacts.

Paste the ad tag into a Brevo HTML block
Add a custom HTML block in your Brevo email editor and paste the MailAdx ad tag. Use Brevo's attribute syntax {{ contact.EMAIL_SHA256 }} for the hash parameter.

Test and launch
Send a test email, open it, and verify the ad appears. Check the Publisher Portal for the impression.
