See who changed what in the Activity Log

Check recent sign-ins and setting changes on your account, or your own actions. Entries are kept for one year.

Updated 2026-11-02

The Activity Log shows who did what, and when. Use it to check a change, or to see which address a sign-in came from.

Before you start

The account tab needs the Owner or Admin level. Everyone can see My Actions.

Steps

  1. Open Activity Log in the sidebar, under Governance.
  2. Choose a tab:
    • Publisher, Advertiser or Agency shows the account you have open.
    • My Actions shows what you've done, across your accounts.
  3. To find something on the page, type in the search box. It looks through the entries on the current page only.
  4. Select Show details on an entry to see the Before and After values, where there are any.
  5. Use Previous and Next to move through older entries. Each page holds 50.

Each entry shows who it was, their level, the action, what it affected, when it happened and the IP address.

What's recorded

  • Sign-ins with an email and password.
  • Changes to ad units.
  • Changes to seller settings.
  • Changes to verified domains.
  • Deals, at each step.
  • Changes to your own DSP connections.
  • Political ad settings.

These aren't recorded here: changes to orders, line items and creatives, edits to your Account and Inventory Details pages, team changes, Google sign-ins and wallet activity. For wallet activity, see the transactions on your Wallet page.

Entries are kept for one year, then deleted.

If something goes wrong

  • No activity recorded yet, on the account tab. Either nothing has been recorded, or your level can't see this tab. Try My Actions, or ask an Owner or Admin. If you own the account and the tab stays empty after you've made a change, write to support@mailadx.com.
