See your agency commission
Read your commission terms, see what you have earned, and learn when each month's commission is added.
Updated 2026-11-02
Your commission terms are agreed with us and set by our team. You can read them in the app, but you can't change them yourself.
See your terms
- Open Agencies.
- Open your agency.
- Find Commission.
Each active term shows its percent, its basis, which clients it covers and its start date. If you see "No commission configured — this agency earns nothing", no terms are set yet. An agency with no terms earns nothing.
A term for one client takes priority over a term for All clients.
See what you've earned
- Your overview shows Commission earned: your total, and your latest month. The card appears once you have earned something.
- The Commission section in Agencies shows Earned to date and your recent months.
These figures show what was actually added for finished months. They are not an estimate of the current month.
How the amount is worked out
Commission is worked out per client, for each finished calendar month, from what that client's wallet was charged. Test traffic doesn't count.
| Basis | Commission is |
|---|---|
| From MailAdx margin | Your percent of what we kept on that client's spend. It can't be more than what we kept. |
| Deducted from gross | Your percent of that client's spend. |
| Added on top | Your percent of that client's spend. |
As an example, take 10% From MailAdx margin on a client that spent $1,000, where we kept $277.50. Your commission is $27.75.
When it is added
After a month ends, that month's commission is added once. The current month does not appear until it has finished. If terms change during a month, the terms in force on its last day apply.
If something goes wrong
- You expected commission but see none. Check that terms were in force for that client on the last day of the month, and that the client had wallet spend in that month.
- You want to change your terms, or ask how commission is paid to you. The app has no withdraw button for commission. Write to support@mailadx.com.
