Use the bell and the Alert Center
What the bell shows, which alerts you get for your role, and how to read, dismiss and restore them.
Updated 2026-11-02
Alerts tell you what needs action on your account. An alert clears by itself once the problem is fixed.
Use the bell
The bell at the top of the app shows how many alerts you have not read. It is red if something is urgent.
- Select the bell to see your latest alerts.
- Select an alert to go to the page where you fix it.
- Select View all alerts to open the Alert Center. You can also open it from Alerts in the menu.
Use the Alert Center
Alerts are marked Urgent, Action needed or For your attention.
- Active shows open alerts. Dismissed shows the ones you dismissed that are still open. Resolved shows alerts fixed in the last 90 days.
- Mark all read clears the unread count.
- Dismiss hides one alert for you. It does not hide it for your team, and it does not fix the problem. Restore brings it back.
- Dismiss all skips Urgent alerts, which you dismiss one at a time.
A dismissed alert comes back if it gets worse or something new happens.
Which alerts you get
What you see depends on your account and your team role.
For advertisers, agencies and publishers
Owners, Admins and Managers get campaign alerts:
| Alert | When |
|---|---|
| Budget 90% | A line item has spent 90% of its budget. |
| Budget exhausted | It has spent all of it. |
| Impression goal 90% | It has delivered 90% of its goal. |
| Impression goal reached | It has delivered all of its goal. |
| Over-pacing | It is delivering more than 1.5 times its expected pace. |
| Under-pacing | It is delivering less than half its expected pace. |
| Zero delivery | It has been active for 24 hours or more with no impressions. |
| Flight ending | It ends in 2 days or fewer. |
| Creative rejected | A creative was rejected. The alert gives the reason. |
| Deal awaits your response | The other side sent an offer on a deal. |
If your account has a wallet, Owners, Admins and Finance members get Wallet balance low and Wallet empty. See low and empty wallets.
For advertisers and agencies
Owners, Admins and Managers also get Domain check failed, when a brand domain could not be confirmed.
For agencies
You get these alerts for every client. The client's name is in brackets.
For publishers
Campaign alerts cover your own Direct-Sold campaigns. Owners, Admins and Managers also get:
| Alert | When |
|---|---|
| Impressions down week over week | Your last 7 full days fell under 70% of the 7 before, and that earlier week had at least 350 impressions. |
| Ad tag problem | A share of your ad requests can't show an ad. The alert opens Tag Health. |
| Publish your ads.txt line, or Marketplace demand is paused | Your ads.txt line needs attention. |
| Political sponsors waiting for your decision | A sponsor needs your review before its ads run. |
| Action on your account | An action was taken on your account, and you can still appeal. |
Analysts and Sponsors don't get alerts. Sponsor accounts have no bell.
Alerts by email
Most alerts stay in the app. If you have a wallet, its warnings also reach your inbox. See low and empty wallets.
For advertisers
Zero delivery and Impression goal reached are emailed too, at most once a day per issue.
If something goes wrong
- An alert stays after you fixed the problem. Alerts are checked every few minutes. Some delivery alerts wait about an hour before they clear, so a quiet spell isn't mistaken for a fix.
- An alert keeps coming back. Something new happened on it. Open it and check the problem itself.
- You see no alerts at all. Check your team role with your account owner.
