Give a sponsor a login

A sponsor login lets a sponsor sign in and see the direct-sold campaigns you choose, and nothing else. They never see your revenue or your other sponsors. If you'd rather not create an account, share a report link instead.

Before you start

• You need the Owner or Admin permission to invite someone to your team.
• Only direct-sold campaigns can be shared. Network campaigns can't, because that data belongs to the advertiser.

Steps

1. Open Team and select Invite Member.
2. Enter the sponsor's email address and choose the SPONSOR permission.
3. Tick the campaigns under Campaigns this sponsor can see. If you have no orders yet, invite them now and share campaigns later.
4. Send the invite.

To change their campaigns later:

1. Open Orders and scroll to Sponsors.
2. Tick or untick campaigns under Campaigns this sponsor can see. Each change saves as you tick.

What happens next

The sponsor's account opens on one page, My Campaigns, with impressions, clicks and click rate for the campaigns you ticked.

If something goes wrong

• You don't see Sponsors on Orders. The section appears once you have at least one order.
• "No campaigns selected — this sponsor currently sees an empty report." Tick a campaign for them.
• You need to stop a sponsor's access. Select Remove access under Sponsors. Their login stays active but they see nothing. To remove the login itself, use Team.
