Your sponsor report

What a sponsor sees, what the numbers mean, and what to do if your campaign isn't there.

Updated 2026-11-02

If you bought a sponsorship directly from a newsletter, the publisher can give you a login to see how it did. You have one page: Your campaigns, under My Campaigns in the sidebar.

What you see

The page opens on the last 30 days. Change the two dates at the top right to see another period.

  • Impressions: opens where your ad loaded.
  • Clicks: clicks on your ad.
  • Click rate: clicks divided by impressions.

Below that, a table shows each Campaign with its Newsletter, Impressions and Clicks.

The numbers update as subscribers open the newsletter. An impression counts when a subscriber opens the email and your ad loads.

What you don't see

You see only the campaigns the publisher shares with you. You don't see prices, the publisher's revenue, its other sponsors or any subscriber's details.

If something goes wrong

  • No campaigns shared with you yet. The publisher chooses what appears here, and you can't add a campaign yourself. Ask them to share it.
  • The campaign is there but shows no numbers. It may not have run yet, or the dates may be outside your chosen period. Check the dates with the publisher.
  • You've forgotten your password, or want to change it. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. See Reset or change your password.

Some publishers send a report link instead of a login. You can open a link like that without signing in.
