Sign in and sign out

You can sign in before your email is verified or your account is approved.

Steps

1. Open the sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email and Password, then select Sign in.

To use Google instead, select Continue with Google and choose your account. This works for any login with that email address, even if you signed up with a password.

What happens next

You land on your Overview page. If your login holds several accounts, you land in one of them. The name at the top right shows which, and you can switch from there.

Sign out

Select the Sign out icon next to your name, at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, open the menu first.

Signing out in one tab signs you out of the other tabs in that browser.

If something goes wrong

• Invalid email or password. Check for typos, or reset your password. The message is the same whether the email or the password is wrong.
• Account suspended. This account can't sign in. Write to support@mailadx.com.
• Your account cannot sign in right now. Please contact support. Write to support@mailadx.com.
• Google sign-in did not complete. Try again, or sign in with your email and password.
• You're sent to the sign-up page after choosing Google. That Google address has no login yet. Create one, or try the address you signed up with.
• Login failed: 429. Too many attempts from your connection. Wait a while and try again.
• Your session has expired. See Why you were signed out.
• None of these fit. If you can sign in, raise a support request. If you can't, write to support@mailadx.com.
