Read the Payouts card in your wallet
What Available to pay out means, and how to read each column in your payouts table.
Updated 2026-11-02
This card appears on your Wallet page only once payouts are switched on for you. Payments are still made by hand, so the card only shows information. You can't request or change a payout from it.
Steps
- Open Wallet. You need the Owner, Admin or Finance role.
- Scroll to Payouts.
- Read Available to pay out.
What Available to pay out means
It is what you have earned, less anything reversed and anything already paid, and it is never more than your wallet balance. Amounts already being prepared for a payout are taken off too. Only earnings count, not credits you added.
The table
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Payout | The payout's reference number. |
| Amount | The total taken from your wallet. |
| Tax withheld | Tax held back, if any. |
| Paid to you | The amount less tax withheld. |
| Paid on | The date the money was sent. |
| Reference | The bank reference. |
| Status | Where the payout stands. |
A payout leaves your wallet when it is marked paid. It then appears in your transactions as Payout.
If something goes wrong
- "Your payouts are on hold. Contact support." Write to support@mailadx.com. See why a payout can be held.
- The amount is lower than your balance. Your balance can include money you topped up, which can't be paid out.
