How MailAdx Publisher Payouts Work

How earnings are paid out to you, what the Monetisation Policy says about timing, and why a payout can be held.

Publisher payouts are arranged by hand with our team. There is no withdraw button in the dashboard.

If your account is billed by your ad network, your ad network pays you, on its own terms.

What the policy says

These terms come from our Monetisation Policy:

Earnings are reconciled monthly, and paid on net-30 terms after the close of the earning month.
You must give accurate payout and tax information. We may withhold a payout where tax law requires it, or where we can't verify who the payee is.
Amounts don't include tax. You are responsible for tax on your earnings, except where we must withhold it by law.

Check your earnings in Wallet.
Write to support@mailadx.com with your publisher name and the period you are asking about.

Only earnings can be paid out, not credits you added yourself.

Traffic review. We may hold a payout while we investigate suspected fraud or a serious policy breach. Your Publisher Portal then says "Your payouts are on hold pending a traffic quality review". Amounts tied to valid traffic are released once the review clears.
A balance at or below zero. Earlier adjustments must be covered first. See refunds and credits.
Reversed earnings. Earnings on traffic found to be invalid are taken back, even after payment, as the policy explains.

You see a hold and disagree with it. Read the case in the Account Health card on the Publisher Portal, and file an appeal there while the case allows it.
