Add billing details and get your invoices
Save the name, address and tax ID that go on your invoices, and see how invoices reach you after a payment.
Updated 2026-11-02
Your billing details are the name, address and tax ID printed on your invoices. You save them once, and they are used for every payment on the account.
Some accounts are billed by their ad network instead of a prepaid wallet. If Wallet is not in your menu, ask your ad network for invoices.
Before you start
You need the Owner, Admin or Finance role on the account.
For agencies
You pay as the agency, so invoices are addressed to your agency, even when the credit goes to a client. Use the card on Account.
Steps
- Open Wallet or Account, and find Billing details.
- Select Add billing details, or Edit if some are saved.
- Choose Business or Individual.
- Enter the registered company name or your full name, your country, street address, city and postal code. Some countries also need a state or province.
- Add a tax ID if you want it on the invoice. The field changes with your country: GSTIN in India, EU VAT number in the EU, Tax ID elsewhere.
- Enter the address in Send invoices to. You can add up to 3 CC addresses.
- Add a Purchase order / reference if you want one printed on the invoice.
- Select Save billing details.
You can also fill these in during your first top-up, at the Billing details step.
What happens next
Your details are used for your next payment. Changes apply to future invoices only. Invoices already issued keep the details they were issued with.
Getting your invoices
An invoice is raised for each payment you make into a wallet. After you pay, our team issues it and it is emailed to the address in Send invoices to.
The dashboard does not list invoices for download at the moment. If you need a copy, write to support@mailadx.com with the payment date and amount.
If something goes wrong
- "Enter the registered company name", "Enter the street address" or similar. The field is required. Fill it in and save again.
- "This GSTIN belongs to state..." The first two digits of your GSTIN must match the state in your address.
- "EU VAT numbers start with..." Add your country prefix to the number.
- You saved details and someone else changed them. The card shows who changed them last. Your team's Owners, Admins and Finance members all share these details.
- You need a corrected invoice. Write to support@mailadx.com with the invoice number.
