Add money to your wallet

Top up your prepaid wallet in US dollars. Amounts, billing details, tax, and what you see after you pay.

Updated 2026-11-02

Your wallet is a prepaid balance in US dollars. You add money first, and it is used up as impressions are delivered.

Some accounts are billed by their ad network instead of a prepaid wallet. If Wallet is not in your menu, ask your ad network for invoices or credit.

For publishers

You only need a balance to pay serving fees on your own Direct-Sold campaigns. You don't need one to earn from network demand.

Before you start

  • Your account must be approved. Until then, Add Credits shows an "Almost there" message and you can keep working on drafts.
  • You need the Owner, Admin or Finance role on the account. Managers and Analysts can't open the wallet.
  • Have your billing details ready. You enter them once, and they go on your invoice. See billing details and invoices.

Steps

  1. Open Wallet.
  2. Select Add Credits.
  3. Pick $100, $250, $500 or $1,000, or type your own amount. Select Continue.
  4. On Billing details, check what is saved. If this is your first payment, fill in the form and select Save and continue.
  5. On Review & pay, check Billed to, Credited to, the tax lines and Total charged.
  6. Select Pay and finish the payment in the Razorpay window.

Amounts, currency and tax

  • US dollars are the only wallet currency. Razorpay charges you in USD, and your bank may convert it.
  • The minimum is $100. Above that, amounts go up in multiples of $10.
  • Tax is added on top. It never comes out of your credit. As an example, at 18% GST a $100 top-up charges $118 and adds $100 to your wallet.
  • Whether tax applies, and which tax, depends on your billing country. Review & pay shows the exact lines before you pay.

What happens next

You see Payment received, and your wallet is credited a moment later. Select the refresh button on the Wallet page if the balance has not moved yet. A new row, Wallet top-up via Razorpay, appears under Recent Transactions.

We also email you a payment confirmation. Your invoice is emailed to the address in your billing details once our team issues it.

If something goes wrong

  • "Minimum $100" or "Must be in multiples of $10". Change the amount, or pick a preset.
  • "Payment failed". Your wallet was not credited. Try again, or try another card.
  • "The total changed... please review it again." The tax on this payment changed since you opened the review. Check the new total and pay again.
  • You paid, but the balance has not moved after a few minutes. Write to support@mailadx.com with the date and the amount.
  • "Billing isn't part of your team role". Ask the account owner to add the money, or to change your role.
