Check your balance and transactions
What the Wallet page shows, who can open it, and what each transaction line means.
Updated 2026-11-02
The Wallet page is the record of money that actually moved on your account. Use it to check your balance and see each charge or credit.
Some accounts are billed by their ad network instead of a prepaid wallet. If Wallet is not in your menu, ask your ad network for invoices or credit.
Before you start
You need the Owner, Admin or Finance role on the account. Managers and Analysts see "Billing isn't part of your team role" instead.
Steps
- Open Wallet.
- Read Available Balance at the top. The line under it tells you whether ad delivery is active.
- Scroll to Recent Transactions, which lists the latest 20.
- If the list is full, select View all to load older ones. It shows up to 500.
Each row shows what happened, when, the amount, and your balance after it. A row tied to a campaign also shows the start of its line item ID.
What the lines mean
| Line | What it means |
|---|---|
| Wallet top-up via Razorpay | Money you added. |
| INTERNAL_DSP impression | An impression of your campaign on network inventory. |
| Direct Sold serving fee | The serving fee on one impression of your own Direct-Sold campaign. |
| Own DSP serving fee | The serving fee on one impression from a DSP you connected yourself. |
| INTERNAL_DSP publisher earnings | What you earned from a network campaign impression. |
| OPEN_RTB publisher earnings | What you earned from an exchange impression. |
| Invalid traffic credit | Spend given back after traffic was found to be invalid. |
| Invalid traffic serving fee refund | A serving fee given back after traffic was found to be invalid. |
| Invalid traffic adjustment | Earnings taken back after traffic was found to be invalid. |
Amounts are shown rounded to the cent, so a single impression can show as $0.00 or $0.01 even though the exact amount was charged.
If something goes wrong
- A charge looks wrong. Note the date and the line item ID, then write to support@mailadx.com.
- The balance looks out of date. Select the refresh button at the top of the page.
- Your report and your wallet disagree. The wallet is the record of money. See what your report numbers mean.
