Edit your account profile

The Account page holds the details of the account you have open. If your login holds several accounts, each has its own profile.

Before you start

You need the Owner, Admin or Manager level to save changes. See Team permission levels. Anyone on the team can open the page and read it.

Steps

1. Open Account in the sidebar, under Governance.
2. Change the details you need.
3. Select Save Changes. You see Saved.

For publishers

Under Contact Details, you can change the Display Name, Contact Email, Website and About. About is shown in the Publisher Directory and can be up to 280 characters.

Your audience figures, categories and demand settings aren't here. They're on Inventory Details in the sidebar.

Self-Serve Ad Control decides whether campaigns from your own advertiser account can serve on your newsletter. It's off by default.

For advertisers

Under Contact Details, you can change the Display Name, Contact Email and Website. Under Campaign Settings, you can change the Campaign Goal, Monthly Ad Budget and IAB Categories.

For agencies

Under Agency Details, you can change the Contact Name, Company Name, Company Website and Client Monthly Ad Budget. Agency Overview shows how many advertisers you manage.

What else is on the page

• Signed in as shows your name and login email.
• Your Publisher ID, Advertiser ID or Agency ID has a copy button. Include it when you write to support@mailadx.com.
• Your platform fees are read-only. To discuss them, write to support@mailadx.com.

If something goes wrong

• Insufficient permissions for this action. Your level can't save changes. Ask an Owner or Admin.
• About can be at most 280 characters. Shorten it.
• You want to change your login email. You can't do this yourself. The Contact Email on this page is a separate field, and changing it doesn't change how you sign in. Write to support@mailadx.com from your current address.
• You want to close the account. There's no button for this in the app. Write to support@mailadx.com.
