Read your Publisher Portal
What the Publisher Portal shows about your revenue, fill rate and slots, and what each number means.
Updated 2026-11-02
The Publisher Portal is your overview of how your newsletter's ad slots performed. Open it from Publisher Portal in the menu.
Steps
- Open Publisher Portal.
- Set Start Date and End Date. The page opens on the last 30 days.
- Read the cards at the top: Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Revenue, Avg CTR and Conv. Rate (conversions divided by clicks).
What you'll see
- Fill Rate. The share of ad requests that got an ad, with the number filled, the number of requests, and how many of your ad units delivered. Small labels under the bar count the reasons a request went unfilled. See fill rate in the glossary.
- Slot Performance. One row per ad unit: Slot, Placement Key, Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, CTR, Revenue and eCPM. eCPM is revenue per 1,000 impressions.
- Top Line Items. The line items that delivered the most on your newsletter.
- Account Health. This card appears only while a traffic quality case is open on your account. It shows the case, any action taken and the appeal deadline. Where an appeal is open to you, write it in the box and select File Appeal. The rules are in the Monetisation Policy.
Get Integration Code at the top of the page takes you to Ad Tags.
If something goes wrong
- "No delivery events found for this publisher in the selected date range." Nothing delivered in those dates. Widen the dates, then see No ads are showing.
- Fill rate is low. Open Tag Health first. It separates a problem in your tag from a lack of campaigns.
- Your account shows a restriction banner. Read the case in Account Health and the linked policy. For questions, write to support@mailadx.com.
