Verify your email

Your account can't go to review until you confirm your email address. You also can't create an API key until then.

If you signed up with Google or joined from a team invitation, your address is already confirmed and you can skip this.

Steps

1. Open the email with the subject Please confirm your email address.
2. Select Confirm my email.
3. You see Email verified, and we sign you in and take you to your dashboard.

The link lasts 24 hours and works once.

What happens next

The blue banner goes away and an amber In review banner takes its place. See Account review.

Get a new link

1. Sign in. You can sign in before you've verified.
2. In the blue Verify your email banner, select Resend email.
3. You see Verification email sent — check your inbox.

Each new link cancels the one before it, so always use the latest email.

If something goes wrong

• This verification link has expired. The page points you to the sign-up page, but you don't need to sign up again. Sign in and select Resend email.
• This verification link is invalid or has already been used. You may already be verified: sign in, and if the blue banner has gone, you are. If it's still there, you opened an older link. Use the latest email or select Resend email.
• Nothing happens when you select Resend email. Reload the page and select it again.
• The email doesn't arrive. Check your spam folder, then select Resend email.
• You signed up with the wrong address. You can't change a login email yourself. Write to support@mailadx.com from the address you meant to use.
