Create your account

Create one login and choose what you'll do first. You don't pay or add a card to sign up.

Before you start

Decide which account type fits:

• Publisher: you have a newsletter and want to sell ad space in it.
• Advertiser: you want to run ads for your own brand.
• Agency: you run campaigns for several clients.

If you do more than one of these, pick the main one. You can add another type later. See Switch accounts or add another one.

Steps

1. Go to Sign up.
2. Choose Publisher, Advertiser or Agency. If you change your mind, select ← Change account type.
3. Select Continue with Google, or enter your Full name, Work email and a Password of at least 8 characters.
4. If you like, select Add company details (optional). What it asks depends on the account type: for example your newsletter URL and list size, or your monthly ad budget. You can skip this and fill it in later.
5. Select Create Publisher account, Create Advertiser account or Create Agency account.

By signing up you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.

What happens next

You land in the dashboard straight away and can start setting up.

• If you used an email address, we send a link to confirm it. See Verify your email.
• If you used Google, your address is already confirmed.

Then the MailAdx team reviews your account. Until that's done you can set things up but can't go live. See Account review.

If something goes wrong

• An account with this email already exists. You already have a login. Sign in, or reset your password if you've forgotten it.
• Please sign up with a permanent email address. Temporary inbox services aren't accepted. Use an address you'll keep.
• This email domain can't be used to sign up. Use a different address.
• Name and company can't contain line breaks or the characters < and >. Remove those characters and try again.
• Too many requests. Please try again later. Too many sign-ups came from your connection. Wait a while and try again.
• There's no MailAdx account for that Google email yet. You tried to sign in with Google before signing up. Choose an account type to create one.
• Google sign-in did not complete. Try again, or sign up with your email address instead.
